3.0. Delivery methods and transport
3.1. Delivery will be made by the means chosen by the customer on our website, as agreed separately or requested by telephone. If no delivery method has been agreed, the Supplier shall choose the delivery method it deems most advantageous. The delivery method cannot be changed subsequently without the consent of the Supplier.
3.2. The Supplier shall not be liable for any separate customs, tax or other charges levied by the authorities, for example.
3.3. The Supplier shall take out transport insurance for all products supplied by it and shall compensate the Customer for any damage caused during transport of the products in Finland. The Supplier shall not reimburse any other costs incurred in connection with the transaction, such as delays, damage caused to the Customer or third parties, etc. The total amount of the Supplier’s invoice is the maximum compensation.
3.4. When ordering products from our website, the customer may be able to choose uninsured delivery abroad, in which case the customer is responsible for any damage caused during transport under his own insurance or liability.
3..5. The customer is obliged to inform the carrier, when acknowledging receipt of the goods or collecting the goods from the collection point, of any damage caused by the transport.
3.6. The customer is obliged to inspect the product received and to notify the carrier of any manufacturing or other defects within 14 working days of purchasing the product.
4.0. Right of return
4.1 The customer has a standard 14 days right of return in Finland for all products except those that meet the following conditions 4.2. and 4.3. The right of return does not apply to used or reconditioned products.
4.2. The contract applies to goods which are manufactured or modified according to the consumer’s wishes in such a way that the goods cannot be resold without a significant loss or cannot be resold at all: e.g. bogus and parts thereof, made-to-measure products, made-to-order products on delivery, products embroidered, engraved or printed for customers, books, videos/dvds.
4.3. the contract covers goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned for resale or which are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly: e.g. hygiene products – e.g. sandals and tabs (usually worn barefoot; possibility of fungal infection) -, as well as beaten by the customer, books, videos/dvdt.
4.4. The right of return also applies to goods under 4.2. and 4.3. if they have been damaged during transport and their return is agreed immediately with the supplier unless the customer has chosen an uninsured delivery method.
4.5. The supplier shall impose a purchase ban on its services on the customer who returns a product without a proper reason. In this way, the supplier ensures that it does not incur additional costs for unnecessary orders and is able to serve other customers better and at a lower cost.
4.6. The right of return does not apply to limited discount or promotional products (a limited batch of a product), discontinued products (a product/model is withdrawn from the market), promotional products (a batch that cannot be re-marketed) or products of a qualitatively different nature (e.g. a 2nd class product). The product is marked as a “sale product” (MY, product not eligible for exchange/return)’. A product at a normal discount can be returned/exchanged according to the terms of the contract.
4.7. The supplier is not responsible for measurement errors made by the customer and assumes that the customer is familiar with the measurement methods in the field. Replacements and returns due to measurement errors are the responsibility of the customer and the customer is liable for the costs of replacement or return.
4.8. The goods must be returned according to the instructions of the seller and the return must always be agreed with the supplier due to the complexity of the goods. The Supplier does not accept returns and is responsible for returns made by the Customer without a return agreement.
4.9. The Supplier will refund the money once it has established that the condition of the returned goods is saleable.
5.0. Right of cancellation
5.1. The Subscriber has the right to cancel his/her order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods meet the conditions of paragraphs 4.2. and 4.3. However, cancellation is possible prior to sending payment, as the Supplier has not yet incurred any costs for the manufacture or transport of the goods.
5.2. The Supplier shall consider the Subscriber to have cancelled his order unless the Subscriber collects the delivered goods in accordance with the terms and conditions of the carrier chosen by the Customer.
5..3. The Supplier is entitled to charge the Customer for the cancellation costs incurred or to sell the undelivered goods at market prices and to refund the Customer the amount less the costs incurred.
5.4. The Supplier shall impose a purchase ban on its services on any Customer who cancels an order without a valid reason. In this way, the supplier ensures that it does not incur additional costs for unnecessary orders and is able to serve other customers better and at a lower cost.
5.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to discounted or promotional products from the shop.
5.6. The purchase ban caused by an order cancelled before payment has been made can be lifted by paying the office fee mentioned on our website (EUR 8.00).
6.0. Order Confirmation and Order Terms
6.1. The Supplier shall consider the payment received from the Customer for the ordered products as the order confirmation.
6.2. The Order Terms are available on our website, in the shop or at the point of sale when placing an order.
6..3. The Supplier considers that the Customer has accepted the terms and conditions of the order when the Customer places the order.
6.4. The Supplier will send the Customer an order confirmation by e-mail in the form of an invoice or by SMS with payment details, once the order has been verified and availability determined. The availability is still determined by reserving the product for the order, but before the reservation the product may have already been sold, for example in a shop. If the product is out of stock or there is a significant discrepancy between the delivery time and the information in the online shop, the seller will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail before proceeding with the order.
7.0. Delivery time
7.1. Goods will be delivered or manufactured only after payment has reached the Supplier.
7.2. Goods are dispatched to carriers several times a week (see our website for details) or within 5 working days of arrival of the goods at the supplier from the manufacturer.
7.3. It may take from 7 to 120 days to manufacture and transport the goods to the supplier (non-stock items), depending on the location of the manufacturers and carriers.
7..4. The supplier is not obliged to indicate the delivery time, but the customer has to find out the delivery time from the seller or from the product information on our website when placing the order.
7.5. Printing, engraving, embroidering and other alterations to the goods increase the delivery time by 7-30 days from the arrival of the goods to the supplier.
7.6. The supplier has the right to deliver the goods more quickly than agreed when he was able to do so.
